Locația este amplasată foarte aproape de puncte de vizitare de interes! (Cost ride sharing de maxim 6-7 euro in orice direcție ati avea de vizitat) Camere mari, spațioase, cu tavan înalt. Doua balcoane. Călduros (am fost iarna). In interior totul modern. Clădirea este recent renovata si se află la un punct de aliniere intre Bucureștiul vechi si nou. Restaurant Hanu' Berarilor disponibil la 2-3 pași, dar si alte cafenele unde puteți servi un mic dejun bun. Muzeul Micul Paris la 10 min de mers pe jos. Catedrala Mântuirii Neamului la aproximativ 1 km. Ne-am bucurat ca am avut disponibil spațiul de depozitare a bagajelor înainte de ora de cazare. De asemenea, primiți gratuit papuci de interior si ceva dulce de bun venit in fiecare dormitor, mici gesturi care contează. :)

Good location, near the parliament and the christmas market

The place was not clean at all—right upon entering, white socks turned black within five minutes, and the floor felt sticky. The water in the bathroom drained extremely slowly; the drain was clogged. In the kitchen there was a minimal amount of cookware, and dishwasher tablets were missing. The heating is turned off in the evening, although there are air conditioners. No extra blankets are provided. There are no face or hand towels—only one large towel per person. Although parking is listed as available, in reality no parking is provided; instead, you are told to park on the street if there is space. Finding a spot is extremely difficult, as the area is a paid parking zone and very busy.

the apartment was very clean comfortable and at a good location.

The code for the key didnt come on time. I had to call the host who was very rude and even when I gave him the confirmation number he hesitated to give me the code. That was an unpleasant start for my vacation.
