Luxury house 1892 V33-1A

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was fresh, clean, comfy and enough room. Quiet but close to most attractions etc. Communication for access code and any other requests was good.

Beautiful cozy apartment. Close to bars and restaurants and historic centre. Loved the ceiling lighting in bedroom and living area.

Roof terrace needs a bit of a spruce up

Great location in the centre of Seville. Stylish little apartment that had everything needed for a short stay. Loved opening the windows onto the balcony each morning.

One recommendation is to include enough toilet paper for the stay. I booked for 5 nights and had to find a supermarket to buy some. Also, the toilet was unflushed when I arrived. That was disappointing but perhaps an oversight on the part of the cleaner.

Good location. Great staff. Underground parking 300 m from the apartment.

Poor sound insulation, floors might be cleaner.

Our only issue was air conditioner didn’t work to warm unit and nowhere to hang washing inside. Only a problem for us because it was cold and wet whilst we were in Seville, a fairly rare event!!

Excellent location. Excellent outdoor space. Inside a little small but more than adequate. Excellent communications from owner.

Clean, comfortable beds, good for 3 people. When I wrote that my sister had difficulty with stairs, they gave us an apartment on first floor.

Communication prior to stay and check in process. Wanted to know if we could come earlier and leave luggage but never received a reply so took afternoon train. Also, sent codes only after we arrived, no physical presence as mentioned in booking so we stressed out. No elevator. Not exactly in center, a 15 minute walk.
