Que tuviera garaje

Que el suelo estaba sucio con mucho polvo y me pareció muy poca la dotación de gel y papel higiénico, para tres personas, durante cinco días (4 botecitos de gel y dos rollos de papel higiénico). Por las tardes hacía calor.

Ubicación. Bastante cerca de todo pero a la vez en una zona tranquila.. Colchón viscoelastico. Para mí muy cómodo. Si pesas mucho te hundes un poco. Sofá cama muy cómodo. Todo muy limpio.

No tiene aire acondicionado. Supongo que en Oviedo no hace mucha falta pero fuimos en junio en días de calor, pasamos un calor horrible en el apartamento. El primer día al llegar pensamos que se habían dejado puesta la calefacción. Al ventanal del salon le da todo el día el sol. Fue agobiante. Las tuberías del baño olían muy, muy mal. No fue fácil contactar con la empresa los días previos, no cogían el teléfono fácilmente.

The property management company was very responsive to my requests.

There is a sports field beside the property which resulted in a lot of noise in the evenings.

Everything was perfect! What I would like to mention is the bed. The mattress has memory foam, so for us, it was super comfortable to sleep. Also, the apartment doesn't have an A/C, but you don't need it really. There are electronic radiators to make the house warm as well. There were provided some capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher which was very handy. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean.

The only thing to mention is the parking. You need to manoeuvre very carefully to park, and it might be difficult if you have a bigger car.

Nice clean flat, good location, and parking included (it is a little tight mind you!).

The host was great at making sure I got in and we knew about parking, but there were a lot of messages on Booking.com and WhatsApp. Also would have been nice to have a few small bits like salt, pepper and oil in the apartment.
