Perfect Stay! 1 BR mins to DC

We loved that the property was so close to food spots and 10 minutes from DC. It had everything we needed and plenty of variety for food options. Also, the bed & furniture was comfortable.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for the stay. The host answered all the questions we had.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and the apartment itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. We had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge with an ice maker. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

It was a very easy check in and they allowed me to check in a bit early. The bed was comfortable, the place larger than I expected and really clean. Location is unbeatable- four minute drive to the monuments and Smithsonian. There’s also cvs a few blocks away as well as a large grocery store chain. Really cute modern decor, too!

It would be nice to have parking right next to the building- you have to find an available space which can at times be a walk but not far.

The location was really great. It was close enough to walk to some of the local activities and a quick drive to Arlington and DCs amazing sites. The place was very spacious with a great size kitchen. It was extremely clean and not full of clutter. The bed was extremely comfortable.

There was only one negative and it will not apply to every one. My husband is 6'7" and I am a plus size gal. The sofa was not comfortable for us.

Felt a bit exposed with all the windows on the first floor. Used the blinds but was a bit uncomfortable.

this one bedroom apartment has keyless entry, very spacious.

obviously the floor board between floors aren't concret as you will be able to hear the upstairs people walking

The apartment is really comfortable, clean and well equipped. The position is very good with an easy access to the city center and the airport.

It was difficult to locate a spot for parking within the area of the complex. After ¾ of an hour searching to leave the car we parked finally on a street near to the apartment where the parking was free from 17:00 to 09:00.
