Upon arriving on time, we contacted the owners by phone as per our reservation. They informed us that the room was occupied and requested that we cancel the reservation through the app for a free cancellation. After sending the cancellation request, the owner replied that they hadn't seen it and suggested we wait until midnight. The next day, we discovered that the owner had canceled our reservation due to the absence of the guests. We were disappointed and had to find another hotel. Eventually, we stayed at the Karavansaray Turkistan Harbour Hotel.

They confirmed my reservation, but when I arrived, the room was already taken. I had to spend time and money searching for accommodation in Turkistan after my road trip. I noticed in my booking app that there are many rooms and offers without free cancellation suggested for me after that episode.

Great location, within walking distance if all interesting sites.

Poor sound insulation and lack of amenities.
