Property was very cozy, really well decorated

Unfortunately, my wife came down with Covid just before our scheduled trip. We tried to reschedule later in September but the hotel was fully booked and Ryanair would not refund, only reschedule. Thankfully the hotel was able to rebook our room to another guest and granted us a refund. We intend to reschedule our trip next year and will book golden Studio.

Very quiet location, well equipped kitchen. Clean.

According to booking.com instructions I should have received the door code 5 days before arrival but I only received it on the day of arrival and then only after asking for it. The apartment is very small and especially the toilet/shower is tiny. Watch out if charging your phone on top of the headboard that it doesn't fall between the wall and the bed, because you can't really move the bed as it's very heavy

The host is amazing! He went out of his way to help us. The communication was easy and fast. The apartment is rather small, but has all the facilities one needs for a nice stay. Everything was clean and tidy.

It was super easy to access the apartment and communication from the host was great even recommending some local restaurants! It was very quiet and felt like a safe area when coming back late at night. The pastel da Natas were a lovely touch and really enjoyed :)

It is quite a dark, small apartment which I think isn’t fully represented in the photos but it was no issue for us as we were out all day and really only slept there so didn’t impact our experience! The bed was also a bit uncomfortable but again mattresses are down to personal preference!

- De accommodation is small, but nice. - It has everything you need. It is clean, the shower is nice and the kitchen is complete enough for some cooking. - It is in a quiet area.

- The accommodation is very humid, so the dehumidifier has to be turned on the whole time (which makes as much noise as a refrigerator. You have to empty this dehumidifier on time, otherwise the alarm will go off at night. - The communication between the rental host and company is not very good. I was asked multiple times to bank transfer the local tax in advance. During the stay I was asked to leave it on the table in cash. Later I was asked again if I could prove the local tax was transferred via bank. Not very hospitable.

Location is perfect to walk everywhere in Lisbon. In apartment you have everything you need for your stay. Also A/C is a real plus. :)

From pictures apartment seems very specious and light. But it is actually very small apartment with 2 little windows. So it is quite dark all the time.

place is perfect to stay in Lisbon... close to Avenida and metro stations.. but quiet and peaceful environment
