事前チェックインをしたはずなのにタブレットで再度同行者？の情報など聞かれ時間がかかった。 スタッフの方につながって鍵の受け取りでしたがとにかく声が小さいのか何なのか分かりませんが聞き取りにくくて困りました。何度ももう一度いいですかと尋ねますが音量変わらず。暑さもあって最後らへんはちょっと強く言ってしまいました。そういったお声はありませんか？車道が近くなため車の走行音などで聞き取りにくいです。改善されたほうがいいと思います。

check in雖然自助化，但操作不直覺，又在戶外養蚊子，朋友填錯資料要修改非常不易，花費超過半小時才進入屋內，附近最近超商要走10分鐘，路程昏暗建議還是開車去。
AUReally nice room with good facilities, including free laundry and nice shower/bath. The kitchen was great too with a stove and cooking pots. Also I enjoyed going on the balcony
Location was pretty bad, had to bus into the central part of the city each day (20-30 mins). Also the check in process was annoying since they dont have staff, meaning you had to use their intercom to call someone who guided you through several locks/codes.

The check in and key issue system is the worst I have ever encountered. You have to upload all your passport details before, then when trying to get keys do this again in the pouring rain, the key safes are difficult to operate and then access through the glass sliding doors is not obvious. This is a terrible system, taking no account of language, mobility or issues of stress and tiredness after travel. This is a totally user unfriendly system.
