Carabeo 23- Acceso a la Playa

Beautiful view from the appartment. Everything was very clean tidy and easily accessible to the centre of Nerja contact with the owner,when necessary was fairly easy, but the porter was usually on hand if we needed something. I would certainly recommend this area to others.

I would suggest this appartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues Too many steps in the building and too far to walk to town. The beach is impossible. We hired a walker which helped a lot, but still not ideal. Luckily, the pool area was available and easily accessed.

Overall location of the property, size and outlook, walking distance to all amentities.

East facing so not much sun on the balcony, great for high summer not so good for February.

La instalación eléctrica salta fácilmente cuando se conectan los dos calefactores eléctricos. No preparado para el invierno.

Beautiful view, great location. It was well stocked.

The weather was cold and the sun doesnt shine in after about 9:00. This would be great in a hot summer butin cold weather a south or west facing place would be a plus.

Spacious apartment with amazing views of the pool and sea. Excellently equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area.

One of the shower rooms was not working, which is why we booked it as 2 bathrooms for 2 couples. Understand these things happen but we could have been forewarned. Didn't spoil our stay just made it a bit more inconvenient 4 people sharing 1 shower.

Locatie was perfect! Dichtbij het strand.

Alles was prima. Op enkele onderdelen wat gedateerd, maar de locatie maakt het allemaal goed.

We had an excellent stay at Carabeo 23. I think it was the best portion of our 3 week stay in southern Spain. Ana's place has very good beach views and access. We had good walking access to 3 or 4 convenience stores to add to the very well equipped kitchen. Parking on site made for easy use of our rental car when we wanted to explore the surrounding areas. The apartment is very safe. The gate out front plus 2 or 3 access gates gave us a feeling of great security. Ana's notes on the areas attractions/restaurants/etc were very helpful. The morning views over the Med with a cup of coffee from the balcony were a great way to start every day.

Though no fault of the host, google maps/Waze gives wrong directions to get to the accommodation. It attempts to give guidance down one way streets the wrong way. Once you figure out the correct route it's a non-issue. There was a bit of a mix up on our arrival time and dates. Ana was very proactive in sorting this out and provided a couple glasses of medicinal wine from the cafeteria below to help ease our travelling stresses.

Convenient and clean. Very nice pool and close to the beach with magnificent view to watch sunrise every morning. Not fancy, but clean and good bed. Ana was very helpful. Good parking. Fun walk to the flea market. AWESOME PAELLA ON BEACH AT AYO’s.
