Location was good

Very dirty. A lot of hair in bathroom which I hate. Splatters on bathroom and closet door. Window did not close all the way. Large gap under door. Stained towels and sheets. Very loud traffic noise. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every word. WiFi never worked etc etc etc . Made it difficult to check in early even though I spoke to someone on the phone who told me it would be no problem. Dog pee on floor in front of elevator… this place was a mess

Did not let us stay because of their stupid policies and did not receive a refund.

I live in the area and booked a room and they told me I could not stay in the room I paid for because I lived too close to the hotel.
