Bright with 7 balconies- 3 BDR 2BTH -Plaza Mayor

La cercanía a la Plaza Mayor y la seguridad de la zona, y el señor que nos atendió al llegar al departamento muy atento y servicial.

No podría quejarme en realidad de nada, pero si es algo que podría mejorar el servicio, es que se cuente además con una secadora de ropa.

Location. The staff let us check in our luggage 3 hours in advance before the schedule time. Appreciate it.

We had the apartment for 8 nights. 3 out of 4 light bulbs were not working since day 1. Inform the staff a few times. Was never fixed! Fuse went down twice. Microwave was not working. Washing machine is very old model. Not sure how to use it. Found some bugs in the bathroom. It is at busy area. Sometimes it was very noisy at night.

Location was great

No blankets, washing machine was extremely confusing, no one on property to help if you need something.

Location, comfortable space, furnishings nice, floor to ceiling doors to balconies, washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, 2 well-appointed bathrooms, elevator, free WiFi, extra towels in closet.

only 2 trash bags, only one small kitchen towel, no instructions on how to use the dryer, flat bed pillows, dust in corners and under furniture, no instructions on how to use the TV.

Very well situated apartment, just a few steps from the Pl. Major and easy walking distance to Sol metro and train stations. Many restaurants nearby, grocery store just opposite the front door. Apartment was comfortable with two king size beds and one room with two twin beds. Good size living room and small but functional kitchen. Two well equipped bathrooms

Lift is quite small otherwise everything excellent
