It has a small cockroach even though it is clean.. the Aircon is in the living room so I cannot feel the coldness inside the room

The access was easy. Lock on the door with code, excellent. Unit small but nicely designed. Clean and well stocked.
We had a problem with the television, but I must say that owner made several attempts to solve it and compensated us when nothing worked.
