The ocean view and location. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great

The recliner did not work and the sofa bed very uncomfortable. Didn’t have much dealing with the staff but the ones we did weren’t the nicest

Old run down building, pictures make it look like a newly renovated room and that not the case it’s old, dusty furniture, the room had a strong odor of cigarette and moldy wasn’t able to stay had to get another hotel

Maintenance staff

Property is very very dated. It needs a lot of cosmetic work to the outside of the building and pool areas. Nothing has been done to the condo that I stayed at. Pictures are made to like your room is spectacular but in reality they are very far from that. They haven’t done nothing to that room since they build it, probably since 1990. You are better off to spend one last day and pay to stay at the Hilton or Marriott. This is 3 times booking .com has let me down.

We loved the room and location. Great beach view. Quiet. Pool and hot tub was nice. The jetted tub in the room was wonderful. The room was also was clean and cozy. Would stay again.

The view from the Balcony was the best part about the condo.

The ad for this room said it has a King size bed, which is not true. It had 2 beds pushed together, hidden under a king size blanket to make it appear as a king bed in photos. Very displeased by that as it was me and my wife's honeymoon and it was not very comfortable. The room was said to accommodate up to 4 people, so 4 towels is all that we got. For even only 2 people that is simply not enough for a week stay. A team member messaged me, saying they could bring more towels for me, I replied that would be great, and we never received anymore towels or got any further messages from the team.
