The bathroom is downstairs, which is not clear in the description, and the stairs are very difficult. For anyone with limited mobility, they would be a problem. There were a number of niggles we came across and reported, we were assured they would be dealt with.

This is a charming and peaceful house in a quiet street, in walking distance from the shops, restaurants and seafront. The quality of the property is outstanding, the excellent kitchen has everything you could need, the bathroom is luxurious, and the whole house is comfortable and nicely decorated. Unlike some other holiday lets which might feel a bit empty, you can really feel at home here. Highly recommended.

Location was brilliant. Nice little cottage away from main busy part of town.

Bathroom was lovely however shower/bath tub not pratical. Hard to get into bathtub for shower and water goes everywhere so over time the tiling will rot and will have to be redone.

Really nice location. Great, fully loaded kitchen, very clean, nice selection of books and a full size ironing board with a good iron. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds. The whole place is tastefully decorated.
