Apartment is in the center, very good location.

Not very comfortable bed, a big smell of mold.

A lovely cosy place in the 💜 of Budapest

There was an unpleasant smell of mold

A short walk from the attractions in the city centre. It has both dishwasher and washing machine - much appreciated. Check-in was contactless and easy (key in a box outside the building).

A bit dark (one window towards the inner yard - not much natural light since the building is several storeys high); only one heating - was a bit cool at the end of Nov.

The location is perfect.

Bed sheets were old. The property management were unsuccessful in organizing the entrance and exit! I arrived at 12:30 am and the main door was locked because there was a lock passcode they didn’t know about, I contacted them but they couldn’t help me until 7:30 AM. I had to book and sleep the first night in a nearby hotel. And the last night, the third door inside was locked with a key at 12:30 and I had to spend my last night in another hotel from my pocket….

+The location is just perfect. Deak Ferenc metro station is within 10 minutes walk, the nearest tram station is within 5 minutes walk. Plus, it is the very center of Budapest, so most of the sightview points are reachible via your "chevrolegs". There is a pretty big Spar hypermarket in about 5 minutes away down to the Akacfa utca. +Facilities are very good. Both air conditioners seemed to be working for me. Perhaps the property owner has fixed it as I've read that one a/c was broken previously. Coffee machine, dish washing machine, clothes washing machine are exist and works fine. Glory to machines :) +I really like the overall appartment design and comfort. And it has two floors, which is quite unusual to me and somehow exotic. Stairs kept me in tonus thought because if you are going to watch something on your phone and it is laying downstairs, you'll need to make a little down/up stairs excercize first.

- A kettle is a bit old with lamescale on heating spiral. It's not a big trouble if you are a coffee person and use the coffee machine only. - It's nothing that property owner can do about it, but there are some kind of extensive constructions in a place of neibour building, and sometimes construction sounds like a drill or a hammer may occur at 8 a.m. It's not happening everyday thought. For the month I had been there, these sounds were too loud about 3 times total.
