It was clean and close to bus transport into the city centre

Could do with a repaint as looking a little worn, the we couldn’t get the back sliding door to lock, the agents apologise and sorted a locksmith, we were able to lock the door with our padlocks so we were safe. We had to pay a bond on top of the accommodation fee, but considering that the place had wear a tear it seemed very unnecessary for a two night stay for us, but understood as it is a university city, so took photos before we unpacked.

House lacked TLC

Il n'y avait pas de serviettes pour essuyer les tables, pas de sacs de poubelles de réserve, pas de produit pour le lave-vaisselle de réserve. J'ai eu de la peine à ouvrir la porte. Je n'ai pas pu regarder la TV, car il n'y avait pas de chaine connecté, même si ce n'était pas nécessaire car je regardais via le Wi-Fi - ordinateur.

The property was very clean, and in a quiet suburban neighbourhood which was perfect for us. Very close to Cambridge Town Centre. Also it was handy that there was a baby gate for our toddler and fans in the property.

The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. We assumed it was a sofa bed because whenever you sat on it you’d sink straight into a hard metal frame and the wooden edges would dig into the backs of your legs. As a family we couldn’t enjoy a movie together in the two evenings we were there. Our 12 year old went upstairs and laid on her bed as she was so uncomfortable sitting on the sofa, and my partner and I ended up sitting on the dining room chairs.

We paid a fair price but when i saw it marketed again, more than twice the price i definitely didn’t think it was worth that

Shortage of cutlery and also a hoover that didnt work. Why have one?

LOVELY PLACE

Great stay, the house is very comfy, clean and tidy and well furnished. Staff has been very friendly and available to solve whichever issue with a prompt reply.
