H10 Costa Mogán - Adults Only

Just home from a week here with a friend. Superb place to completely cut off and unwind. Cleanliness was exemplary, Staff were friendly. Plenty of seats and loungers everywhere. HIGHLY recommend the roof terrace with far reaching views of mountains and ocean. Thick cushioned relax beds, and chill out music. Food was as expected at a buffet. Early arrival at dinner is a good tip when everything is fresh and hot. Tip would be to ask for extra bath towel. There was one per guest in the bathroom and they are tiny and have seen better days, If I was going again I'd take a bath sheet with me. Also I can't not comment of the very weird spittoon type basin in the bathroom, not nice at all, but that's my only down point, awful and grubby if you want a basin of warm water. Wish the beach was a longer stretch, so there was somewhere to stroll. There really isn't anything here except the hotel and a couple of eateries and a SPAR shop up the road, however, it's brilliant off you want to do nothing. We had a lovely time

V prvom rade musíme pochváliť personál - jeho ústretovosť a profesionálny prístup. Jedlo bolo fajn, na raňajkách bohatý výber, obedovat sa dalo aj v bistre pri bazéne, čo sme radi využili. Izbu sme mali priamo nad barom, ale žiadny problém, dodržiaval sa nočný kľud. Večery spríjemňovala živá hudba.

Nedostatok súkromia - sprchový kút v strede spálne. Voda v bazéne mohla byť teplejšia.

What a fabulous hotel - always clean and smart. Great location for chilling out or going for walks (provided you can walk over some pebbles) or you can get the bus to Puerto Rico if the 40 min walk is too long or the bus to Puerto del mogan (very pretty) the staff are spot on - they made our stay perfect. The food was great too!

Everything was well laid out - plenty of loungers so no need to try and bag one early - staff are amazing and all are really happy - they all clearly love working there.

Ha sido un fin de semana fantástico! Y por encima de todo, el equipo que lleva todo el funcionamiento: recepción, restaurante, animación, limpieza. Todos sus componentes han sido geniales. Gracias a Gabrielle, Yanet, Emir, Isaías... Nos lo habéis puesto todo fácil para no olvidaros 😍

La atención de todo el personal

Las instalaciones nuevas y todo muy limpio. Vistas espectaculares desde la terraza de la habitación. Lo que más me gustó fue la zona de las camas balinesas que tiene disponible hasta su propio jacuzzi (con la opción privilege). La atención por parte de la recepción y los camareros fue espléndida. Ambiente tranquilo.

El restaurante del propio hotel. Tardamos casi 2h en comer porque tardaban mucho entre platos. Además al mío le faltó un ingrediente esencial y estaba insípido. Después me comentaron que nos les quedaba ese ingrediente y no habían dicho nada. El postre que supuestamente era una torrija era un pan pequeño frito en la sartén totalmente seco. Después nos compensaron por otro lado, pero tuvimos que ir al buffet para poder cenar.
