The owner is responsive to our queries and even sent the location details a day prior to our check in. The property was clean when we arrived and all the mentioned facilities and equipment are there except for the iron that you have to request from the owner. The area is near establishments too and easy to commute to and from via grab or taxi. There are shampoo and conditioner available and a sponge to clean the dishes (you just have to buy liquid dishwasher). There are kitchen utensils too and complete set of dining items. If ever we will go back to Iloilo we’ll stay here again.

The aircon doesn’t cool well even if it’s set to 18 degrees.

Very clean. The unit is very new. Everything inside is new, clean, and in order. The swimming pool of the condominium is excellent ( No one is using it except me!) I was able to do my laps.

It would have been better if I was warned that the wifi is not as good as expected.

We had a comfortable stay. Complete information was given after the booking confirmation for our convenience. Staff is also accommodating.

WE HAD A VERY EARLY FLIGHT FROM MANILA TO ILOILO SO OUR STAFF, WHOM I BOOKED THIS ROOM FOR, GOT THERE AT AROUND 7AM. I UNDERSTAND IF THEY CANNOT CHECK-IN YET, BUT THE GUARD DIDN'T ALLOW THEM TO STAY IN THE PREMISES. THEY WERE INFORMED THAT THEY CAN ONLY STAY IN THE LOBBY FOR 30 MINS. I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE AN AREA WHERE PEOPLE WHO GOT THERE AHEAD OF TIME CAN WAIT TO BE CHECKED-IN. I TEXTED AND CALLED THE OWNER (CONTACT # IN THE BOOKING) TO NO AVAIL. IT'S A GOOD THING THAT MY HUSBAND AND I WERE BOOKED AT THE SEDA SO WE MADE OUR STAFF STAY THERE WITH US WHILE WAITING. SOME TIME BEFORE LUNCH, SOMEONE CALLED AND SAID THAT THEY WERE ASKED BY THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME. HE PROMISED TO GET THE ROOM READY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHEN MY STAFF WENT BACK TO THE PLACE AT AROUND 2PM, THEY WERE BROUGHT TO THE ROOM, BUT IT WAS STILL A MESS. I WISH I COULD ATTACH A VIDEO HERE SO YOU CAN SEE HOW KADIRI IT WAS. YEAH, I GET THAT CHECK-IN IS AT 3PM, BUT WHY DID YOU LET THEM ENTER THE ROOM WHEN IT HASN'T BEEN CLEANED YET. MY STAFF ALSO SENT ME AN AUDIO OF THE NOISY AIR CONDITION AND NOT EVERYTHING IN THE LIST OF AMENITIES WAS PROVIDED. TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER IS FUTILE BECAUSE SHE NEVER ANSWERS/RESPONDS. WHAT A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

POOR STANDARD... numerous messages from landlord suggesting how i could assist in keeping the apartment clean ... which it was not on my arrival

Dirty apartment. damaged heavily soiled furniture. Nothing like the photos. Every surface layer of dirt. Remains of previous guest belongings lying around. grim
