マンションの一室で自宅のように過ごせた。キッチンや洗濯機があって快適。

チエックイン時に、入口に置いてある機械の回線が繋がらず、暑い中何度も入力→回線途切れるというのを繰り返した。小一時間経ってから戻ってきて再度挑戦、また何度目かにようやく回線が繋がりチエックイン出来た。コールセンターは日本語が不自由で何を言っているのか分かりづらかった。部屋は良かったのに、このパネルの設備はとても残念。

생각보다 바닥이나 침구가 깨끗했다 지정 주차라서 편했다

1.체크인 체크아웃 시스템이 최악이었다 건물 앞 도로에 있는 태블릿 pc를 통해 체크인 해야만하는데(핀넘버 입력, 여권 사진 송부, 태블릿에서 영상통화 연결을 통해 확인받고 비번을 받아서 열쇠를 얻어야 건물에 들어갈수 있음) 도로가 너무 시끄러워 통화내용이 하나도 들리지 않고 통화연결을 위한 대기가 너무 길었다 체크인에 약 30분 체크아웃에 약 30분 소요되었고 땡볕에 최악이었다. 특히 전화연결되는 직원이 너무나 불친절해서 충격이었음.(모두 비디오 녹화해두었습니다) 2.욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라옴 3.렌트카가 있었기 때문에 위치가 크게 상관없었으나 도보여행자라면 구마모토역 인근에 묵는것이 좋겟다 (도보거리에 편의점 없음, 모두 차로 이동 필요, 택시가 잘 없음) Worst check-in/out system. Wasted more than 30 mins, and the staff in charge of check-in was so rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience and will never use this place again because of it.

とても暑い日でしたが部屋に入ったとき冷房で冷えており嬉しかったです。キッチンは調理器具も揃えてありレンジにオーブンもあったので良かったです。部屋は綺麗で静かだったのでゆっくり落ち着けました。

The room is spacious and clean. It's situated right next to the road but the soundproof is pretty good. There is a washing machine and washing detergent, even drying fan. These were very useful for us. There is a free parking right in front of the building. Check-in and out was okay. We didn't meet anyone but everything went smoothly. The view from the room is also nice.

I can smell the kitchen from the bed and that disturbed my sleep. It would be better if you switch the sleeping area with the relaxing area.

Great location and has everything you need. Clean and comfortable enough.

Free parking and the parking lot is big enough for standard car.

Booking.com has to seriously fix the bugs on the "message" function. I cannot read or send message via booking.com or booking.com app. It was a painful experience trying to get the property to send me the check-in instructions to my email account instead.
