We had to wake up very early in the morning because there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The location and the architecture of the building was great.

We were supposed to get an apartment with balcony, instead we got one with no balcony, the 1st floor felt more like a mezzanine, you practically lived a few meters above the street with no privacy at all, so you either closed the curtains and the doors, or felt as if you were living on the street. When we made complaints about not getting what we paid for, they said we were free to leave. The door to the bathroom was soaked by former leakage so one could not properly close it and it looked really rundown, the walls were dirty, the sockets were poorly done. Overall the apartment was worn out and tired.
