Luxe Stays - 4 Beds - Sleeps 6 People - Central Nottingham

Location was perfect was right in the middle of town and only 5-10 minute walk away from all the clubs

The building was hard to find with no real way of finding it, it took us about 30 minutes to find the building. There needs to be a sign outside with the door numbers

The location.

There was no bedding for the guest on the sofa bed and despite contacting the host we still didn’t get any, tried to use the decorative blanket that was on the couch, unrolled it and it had a very very questionable large stain on it. The bedding on one of the beds had a very large yellow stain on it. The apartment smelt damp and musty, one of the toilet doors wouldn’t close due to the water damage it’s had at some point, the lights in one of the bedrooms flickered constantly the other bedroom the light didn’t even work, the shower had mould, there were footprints up the walls. Every time you opened the fridge door the fridge tipped forward and had to be held up. The smoke alarm in the kitchen/living room wasn’t connected it was lying in a cupboard.

Nice property in the middle of Nottingham.

It took around 25 minutes to get into the property. No real instructions provided prior to check in, and during check in wrong instructions were given.

The location is great The rooms were warm/hot It was quiet at night The apartment itself was clean and had cooking facilities if required It was spacious but not the bedroom which were adequate The bathrooms were freshly tiled and clean

There is no identification on the outside door just a dirty old door with a keypad, rubbish outside,no lighting to see the keypad It panicked us as we could not find the place on the street and no one in shops knew anything of its existence The communal hallway is dirty with dirt and old post letters strewn around The communal concrete stairwell is grotty and dirty as is the landing It gives the impression that we had booked a right dump Inside however was clean but really in need of decorating The bedding was not at all like the advert we had old washed out charity shop style sheets and duvet The ceiling lights in our bedroom did not work we had just a table lamp There was no internet so no tv Would have liked tea bag’s coffe and milk as in any hotel room The lack of communication was impactive It was late morning before we set off that we finally received keypad info The phone number supplied is not answered It goes to voicemail that states voicemail full and terminated the call. I would not return and I would not recommend this stay The name Luxe stays and the photos give the appearance of a luxurious apartment…it isn’t

Great location

The apartment wasn't clean after the last guest. Not enough bedding.When I booked, I put they will be 6 guests. Contact the property and take over an hour to send a cleaner. Very disappointed

Great for a group, great value. Place is well kept and I Would stay again

Really not much to complain about, does what it needs to do
