Historic 1899 Home for Summer

I loved the historical features, loved the porch with rockers. Loved the updates.

Wish there would have been tvs in the rooms, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen between the island and stove out of nowhere we was not even using it and we had to use every towel in the house to soak it up then later that night we had to wash all the towels because the entire kitchen sink was full of towels. and contact y’all, yall did send someone promptly, and wasn’t able to fix at the time but that was ok we washed dishes by hand before the incident earlier that day.

The house was gorgeous and charming. We loved the modern amenities with the historic feel and great location.

The upstairs bathroom doorknob is broken so you could not close the door, which made that bathroom basically unusable because you couldn't get any privacy with the door not closing properly.

It is a very lovely house. The equipment was perfect and the house offers everything you may need. What we appreciated was rhe possibility to park the car in the fenced yard.

Weekends it can get loud outside on the street. W wanted a personal check out wich was confirmed but no one showed up.

The house was perfect! It was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and in a safe location.

I don’t have anything to add because we loved this property.

Needed more bars of soap. Motorized gate a little tricky. The walk down to Seawall Blvd over a mile---makes it tougher for seniors

Great location. The house was very beautiful.

It was a little warm in my bedroom, didn’t want to make the rest of the house too cold.
