Steps to Bathhouses, Historic Studio, KING BED, Room # 101

Right behind Fat Bottom Girls bakery and next to one of many parking lots (garage) that are free from 6 pm to 6 am.

Had to pay for parking from 6 am to 6 pm in the parking garage E128 at about $1 an hour which is fairly inexpensive compared to the parking lot on the other side of the “Hotel” at $8 an hour, no cars were ever parked there and I’m sure we all know why at that price. Whoever in the post that said parking was free lied, I went off her post and went ahead with this rental but after I received the code for the door I was told parking was paid only. My fault for not reading all the way through in the description. I’m not blaming anyone but myself. All in all this rental was close to everything if you do not want to drive around but instead want to just walk out the door and around the corner and shop. Also the AC every 10 minutes for like 1 minute made a horrible noise, you can hear everything if someone is above your room (slamming doors, walking around, walking up and down the stairs) We were in 101 and the rug was in the way of the door so we couldn’t even open the front door all the way before the rug caught it and stopped the door. Ice was not working in the machine that was a combo water/ice machine ( big bummer as I make drinks every morning that take ice)

I didn't like having to pay for parking.

Location, it’s so comfy like a little house

We loved the location, and the bed was so comfortable that we hated to leave it behind, lol! It was super clean!

It had everything we needed except for more toilet paper We were there for 3 nights and on our last night we ran out and when I messaged the property I was told to check the laundry room but there was none so I had to make a run to the store at 8;30pm. We were awakened at 4 am. every morning by the trash trucks coming to empty the dumpsters, but other than that, it was perfect.

A beautifully restored historic building one block off of Central Avenue, walking distance to all the shops, historic bathhouses, restaurants and attractions, the location is fantastic. The room is well designed and equipped with all the comforts of home. The building is stylish and complimentary to the history of the area. Free public parking next door is very convenient. The hosts were quick to respond to questions about early arrival, where to find extra towels. The provided soaps, shampoo, body washes were convenient, but our shower was lacking body wash and none was available in the laundry room. Hand/body wash we found in the laundry room supplies was acceptable. The king size bet was extremely comfortable, sheets clean, with a comfy down comforter. Roku TV, white noise device on the night stand, plates and silverware, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, all provided. Classic looking fixtures, all very complimentary to the style of the building and the rooms.

Understanding that the building is historic, noise is a bit of an issue. Heavy footed, hard soled shoes from upper floors, doors being slammed - the heavy front entry door in particular - some street noise from passing traffic and early morning trash pickup, conversations heard from the room next door. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are great for guests after a long day walking the strip. Upon arrival, we found the shower mat towel folded/rolled beside the bathroom sink. When the towel was unrolled to use, we found some rather dark hairs shaken out, which we suspect were on the towel. No other concerns about cleanliness.

The room was big and had really nice stuff in it.

The water pressure was lacking in the shower. If there was a little table or something where you could get fresh towels, would be great.

It was beautiful.

The sheets were not as clean and the walls are so thin. We could hear everything outside and the people up stairs.
