Zagreb Industrial Charm 1 & 2

Nikad mi ni u jednom smještaju nije bilo ovako lijepo, čisto, udobno, osjećaj kao da sam došla u posjet rodbini, prijateljima. Uživala sam i svakako se vraćam. A Željka je jedna divna, posebna žena, jako sam sretna da sam je upoznala i jedva čekam opet je vidjeti.🥰

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, άριστη επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια, δίπλα ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης. Άριστη καθαριότητα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, έχει μεγάλο ψυγείο (που περιείχε ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, χυμό, γάλα, φρούτα), μπισκότα στο τραπέζι, καφετιέρα (Dolce Gusto) με άφθονες κάψουλες, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, στεγνωτήριο ρούχων. Το διαμέρισμα έχει κλιματισμό σε όλους τους χώρους, δύο τηλεοράσεις και παρείχε συνδεδεμένους λογαριασμούς σε netflix, disney plus και ίσως amazon prime (δεν θυμάμαι σίγουρα). Στην άφιξη μας η καφετιέρα δεν λειτουργούσε, ειδοποιήσαμε την ιδιοκτήτρια και σε μισή ώρα μας είχε παραδώσει καινούργια συσκευασμένη καφετιέρα. Υπήρχαν άφθονα amenities, πετσέτες, χαρτί υγείας. Δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι που να έλειπε από το διαμέρισμα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω αν επισκεφτώ πάλι στο Ζάγκρεμπ.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο 2ο όροφο και δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ (κάτι που το ήξερα εξαρχής, στο κέντρο του Ζάγκρεμπ δε βρίσκεις εύκολα πολυκατοικία με ασανσέρ). Το ίδιο ισχύει και για το χώρο πάρκινγκ , όμως η ιδιοκτήτρια μας έδωσε οδηγίες και άφησα το αυτοκίνητο σε κλειστό πάρκινγκ σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια και χρέωση 13,3 € ημερησίως. Μπορούσες να πάρεις και να επιστρέψεις σε αυτό όσες φορές θες για τις ημέρες που θα είσαι εκεί (προπληρώνεις το ποσό και σου δίνουν κάρτα εισόδου-εξόδου). Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο είναι ουσιαστικά πατάρι πάνω από το καθιστικό και η σκάλα είναι λίγο απότομη για να ανέβεις-κατέβεις. Επίσης αν είσαι ενήλικος πάνω από 170 cm δεν μπορείς να σταθείς όρθιος σε αυτό.

This is my fourth time staying here and I absolutely love it! Location is Prime next to the National theatre and easy transport access. Beautifully decorated nice view but most of all superb hostess that was not only friendly but supplied to all the things that you could possibly need for a week in Zagreb. Love love loved it.

Minor issue for me with stairs up to the bedroom, but that has more to do with bathroom breaks during the night :-)

I love just about everything in this apartment and it’s my third stay here. I will also be coming back for another seven days at the end of my trip. This is for me without a doubt the best place I’ve ever stayed during my travels through the Balkans - I have travelled all throughout Croatia and B&H and stayed in hotels and B&Bs, and nothing really compares in terms of value, location, decor, but most of all in terms of the kindness and generosity of the hostess Zeljka. She always leaves treats for me in the fridge and a bottle of wine, amazing coffee, toiletries, and everything you could possibly think of, and her son always meets me there to help me with my luggage both when I arrive and when I leave, which is so incredible! The location is right next-door to the National Theatre and there’s a lovely view outside the window. It’s close and accessible and just about everything is within walking distance, but the trams are just a couple of minutes away as well. I love this place so much. I’d like to stay there for a month next summer!

As this apartment has a loft like set up, the bedroom is upstairs and sometimes I just wish I didn’t have to go down the stairs to use the bathroom during the night. But what can you do?? :-)

엄청 깨끗하고 위치도 최고였습니다. 오븐, 인덕션, 각종 소스 등 모든 것들이 갖춰져 있으며 침구도 깨끗하고 편했어요. 다시 자그레브에 와도 여기서 묵을겁니다

L’appartement est vraiment très confortable et spacieux. Très bien situé, il se trouve dans un quartier calme et a proximité de la vielle ville. Le propriétaire est très réactif et attentif à nos questions. Des attentions adorables et un petit cadeau de bienvenu nous ont charmés!

Un appartement vraiment très bien placé et très agréable Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec des petites douceurs qui nous attendaient dans l’appartement Tout à été parfait ! Je conseille vivement cette location
