COBLANCA 5-EXCLUSIVO Loft 5-6

Lovely little studio apartment, very clean and modern. Location great, close enough to walk home from main strip and 2 minute walk to the beach. The owner Emilia is a very nice lady, great communication. She was very accommodating and helpful. 3 ladies staying was a little cosy, but for a couple, it is absolutely perfect.

Nice little apartment and very clean. There are building work across the street on a hotel currently but the double glazing kept the sounds out. Having all the facilities available was nice such as a coffee machine and washing machine. It was very comftable to lounge in when not out and about. Emilia was lovely and very friendly. Also got in touch half way through the vist to make sure everything was good and check to see if we needed anything.

Not realy a dislike but the photos showed a pull down bed that has now been replaced with a second pull out sofa bed so the mattress wasn't as comfy as I was expecting but was still ok for our short stay.

Apartment was spotless. Also the location was fantastic with regards to access to beach and close proximity to the main town area.

I thought I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment when, in fact, it was a studio with a fold down bed. However, that was down to an error on my part. Just as pensioners, it was not ideal.

The position of the property is central to Benidorm and also right near the beach. There is parking on site which makes the stay easy to explore around the area without the stress of looking for a parking spot. The room was exceptionally clean and decorated lovely. There is a kitchen with all the facilities to make the stay more comfortable. The host (Emilia) is lovely and very helpful too.
