Whilst the house was lovely and the location superb. I found the staff extremely unhelpful. I had a family situation a few months prior to my booking so I used the change dates option and selected dates in advance that were available and were also more expensive. I got a reply back saying unable to change my booking. I replied to this to explain the situation and that checked dates that were still available so didnt understand the reluctance to change the dates. I was basically met with a bulk standard answer tl say I could cancel the booking and re-book the new dates, but I could not change the dates. Thid would have meant I would have to pay for both dates. I tried to have a polite conversation regarding this was, but was simply shit down and was told this was their policy. Thankfully I managed to find someone to go for the week I had booked,n so I re booked the alternative dates and like I said the house itself, the location etc is amazing. I just felt the staff could have been more professional and understanding.
