The location and the cleanliness. Lovely house could be made better compared to what we usually book every month.

The shower kept cutting off the beds were not comfortable squeaky bed and squeaky floorboards all you want is a good night sleep. Only 2 forks in the kitchen 1 teaspoon but we made the most of it.

Location and proximity to the event we were attending. It was very reasonably priced too.

There seemed to be a funny smell, a bit fishy. The glasses/cutlery was dirty and needed to be cleaned again before we used it.

Spacious and good facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. Bathroom was a nice size. Location was brilliant. Over all a lovely place.

There were a few cobwebs in corners of some areas and dust around the fireplace floor and on the patio furniture, but otherwise everything else was very clean. No washing line or clothes dryer or clothes horse to dry clothes so had to hang them on the patio furniture

Cosy and well decorated. Easy to find, walking distance to town center was good. Parking facilities were great.

Shower facilities required a 15 min gap between shower and set time for water use, different part of country I know buy should be stated. Maybe add a fan for summer he and humidity was boiling house was like an ovan this little extra boost the quality. Mattresses a little soft .

Great price, handy location for centre and aquarium.

blinds and no curtains so quite bright from 5am.

We were only in Hull for a 90th birthday, so were out most of the time, but it did suit us for that short time.

Everywhere was very dusty. The mirror in the bathroom is in a ridiculous place and the water wouldn't stay in the sink. Also, I showered, but the hot water ran out before my husband could finish his. Just a small thing though, it was nice to find coffee etc. there, but a small drop of milk would have been nice.

Very clean, and quiet location. Very close to old town and the deep which was great. Furnishings were all new and clean. Everything worked well. Manager was also responsive when I need assistance. A good choice. Be aware that hot water running through the heating system is noisy and so best not left on at night.

The hot water and heating system is exceptionally noisy and kept people awake at night.
