It was more spacious than I expected but very comfortable as well

Wasnt very clean, shower doesnt work, broken clothes rail....parking is a nightmare. The toilet is in the bedroom so no good for 2 friends if one is on the sofa bed.

Upon check in there was dirt that had been swept up and left behind the dustbin. Dirt caked all over the dustbin. Dust everywhere in the bathroom and lounge carpet exceptionally dirty. No water pressure for shower/bath/washing up. Mattress is worn and extremely uncomfortable. Neighbour parks outside the bathroom window literally on top of the window and creates a lot of noise and disturbance. No egg lift and only one Pyrex dishes for cooking. Was not advertised that there is a bicycle/scooter/footpath outside the bedroom window. People walking past at night and riding scooters and bikes past the bedroom window the whole night create ALOT of disturbance trying to sleep. Bathroom window does not close properly and has been taped closed, making the bathroom freezing if you do not put the heater on right above your head on the toilet. Toilet seat is completely loose. Only bar fridge available which is not compatible with a long term self catering stay. We were also not informed of the garbage day and when to put bins out, which left us with two weeks of rubbish piled up in the bin! Day of check out, we were leaving the property 11 minutes after check out time (obviously we were wrong and should of been on time) as we were trying to clean the property for the owners, cleaners arrived and asked if they could enter. At which point we immediately left to the bus stop. The cleaners then informed the owners that they could “not gain access to the property”. At this point they were already in the property and had taken the keys from us ( I was trying to put the keys back into the safety deposit box and they insisted that it had to be given to them upon owners instruction) The owner then proceeded to phone me and be extremely rude saying that we should leave and we are late to leave and her cleaners can’t get in. I informed her this was impossible as we are already at the bus stop and they are cleaning the apartment as we speak and have the keys.
