GBThe building is new, so everything in the apartment is fresh and new. It's in a quiet location and the neighbours weren't noisy.
The heating was off when we arrived so the apartment was very cold, it took several hours for us to warm up after being out in the cold. The mechnical ventilation does not have power so both showers didn't have ventilation. Weirdly doesn't have an aerial for the tv so could only get online TV channels. There is no microwave in the kitchen, it's in the facilities provided but there isn't one, not even as combined with the oven.

Facilities weren’t the best for a modern apartment. Nowhere to hang clothes, no microwave, no extractor so the bathroom steamed up very quickly, over-sensitive fire alarm which was impossible to stop with the button on it - just had to wait for time delay (both times we cooked it went off - and we didn’t burn our food!😂). Bed was exceptionally hard also. Sorry this sounds so negative as it was a nice apartment, just honest feedback!
SKLocation was great - near the city centrum, bus stop… You can get easy to the coast by the bus.
