Modern and clean. Has all the facilities one would expect.

The sloping ceilings. We would prefer a ground floor flat in the future.

The location was ideal, the help book with places to eat and visit was really well put together. The property was clean and had everything we needed.

There wasn’t a kitchen scissors. And the bedding for the sofa beds didn’t have pillow case or bedding to allow for comfort on the sofa beds.

Easy to park and facilities were very good

This upstairs flat has all the things you need for a couple of nights stay. All the facilities were working and as described. We had an issue trying to get in (the door malfunctioned to the main entrance) and someone answered my message within 5 minutes and arrived onsite to let us in within another few minutes. Very friendly correspondence. This flat is small (cosy), but ideal for a couple of nights and for our touring trip of Oxford. We used the main bedroom and the sofa bed. The stripey one is more comfy than the grey one, but it was comfortable. The flat was quiet and we weren't disturbed by other guests. Parking was as described, one of us had a space and one of us parked on the grass area, there was plenty of parking. The area felt safe and quiet. The toiletries supplied were lovely quality, soap, shampoo and conditioner, which was a lovely surprise.

The only natural light in the main room is small window, which made it feel a bit closed in. I am a Country girl, so like light airy rooms. This can't be changed though, because of the design of the flat. Having said that, we would stay again. The garden was a walk downstairs and around the back. I didn't pick the fact up at the time of booking that this was an upstairs flat.
