Please note that construction work is taking place nearby daily from 07:00 to 22:00, and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Mondays. Please note that the use of the pool starting from the 5th guest will incur an additional charge of PHP 250 per person. The pool is open daily from 08:00 to 19:00. Children can only use the pool from 08:00 to 18:00. Please note that the use of the beach will incur an additional charge of PHP 500 per guest for up to 4 guests. PHP 1300 on weekdays, and PHP 1500 on weekends for any additional guests. The beach is open daily from 06:00 to 18:00. Off-site parking is available for PHP 35 for the first 3 hours, PHP 5 for any additional hour and PHP 140 for overnight parking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Very clean! What I like about it is that it was very easy access for us, from the parking lot, elevator and the room is right there! I was with my elderly parents they didn’t have to walk far!!!

This is in the Newtown area (far from Cebu city). Location is quite near the airport. Restaurants, eateries & grocery stores are walking distance. We have to pay to access/see any of the beaches. The condo unit was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen & bathroom/toilets are complete with amenities with lots of towels. The fridge was stocked with beer & water "for sale." Free Netflix too. We would book this again if ever we stayed in the Mactan area.

The unit is in a different building from the reception, (quite easy to get lost)It was advertised with access to the beach but was told at the reception that it was no longer allowed unless we pay extra. They also asked to pay to photocopy our passports.

"Quick visit to Cebu"

The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, the pool was amazing, the location was ideal, just a short ride to the airport, it was a quiet yet at the same time busy place. Really amazing and I will be returning in the future for a longer stay. Really pleased with this booking.

Only real issue was the change (out of the owners control I might add) to the beach access facilities. There were changes to the rules a couple of days before my visit, however the owner was exceptional at communication so I cannot place any fault on the owner.

nice clean apartment all appliance available nice staff

the location it was neighbor to new construction area cant sleep night and day the worst thing in my vacation even i asked to move but the choice they give me was poor.
