Please note that there is temporarily a construction site in compliance with all legal requirements in front of the building (as shown in the photos). This project is aimed at expanding Cascina Ca' Storta, the historically significant residential and tourist complex that we own. Once completed, this will result in the renovation of buildings that will continue to be used for tourism. Work is typically carried out from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and allows guests constant free passage, guaranteed by a small road running alongside the construction site that is dedicated to access to the property. The construction site does not affect the accommodation listed in the ad in any way; it is simply located in front of it. Car parking will therefore be in front of the construction site, a few steps from the accommodation (as shown in the photos), and will not be supervised.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros: Spacious, clean, rustic setting, with easy parking and generous supplies provided by the host. Nice backyard and proximity to various supermarkets. Less than 30 minutes from Venice Marco airport

Both bathrooms on main floor while both bedrooms upstairs.

Everything! It is like a sweet & warm home ready for us! Especially during Christmas, we found every detail prepared for us, we do love every single item in every corner of the villa! We looked for a place not very far from Venice, in order to reach it by train. The wheather was not so nice with us, but the accomodation compensated it. It is a beautifull apartment, with all that you might need and we were welcomed with food and drinks and fruits. Also, there was a very good restaurant, not far, and we ate very good every evening. The owner was available all the time and we had our privacy as well. The appartment is generous and extremely well decorated, with care and imagination. The price was correct.

You can truly feel the heart and soul they've poured into preserving this piece of history. A perfect stay for those who appreciate craftsmanship and authenticity, just a short drive from Venice. We also took the train from Maerne Di Martellago to Venice, as another option. Highly recommended!

It is excelent place for trip to Venice. There is a railway station with free parking near. It takes about 25 minutes and you Are in Venice. You find here everything you need including foodstuffs for your breakfast. It is excelent.
