The loft was nice in an Urban Setting. Downloading and using the Building Access App and finding the parking space for the Unit was confusing. There are two garage entrances. For the Unit I rented I needed to access the second garage and wasn't given that information. Also if you are not a "compact" car, parking in the space may be tight! It is next to a wall.

It was new, loved the layout.
Bathroom sink and tub drains are not draining as they should be. Water builds up in the tub when taking a shower and sink when in use.
