Free bike and free WIFI 304 Take it easy

The host is quite welcoming and provided plenty of information during my stay. He also offered to drive me back to the metro station after check-out and spoke english well enough. The apartment provides everything you need for daily use. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was neither hard nor soft and allowed a good nights rest. The bathrooms is small but does not feel cramped. It seems to use a heater for hot water, which worked well enough. The apartment has a small balcony which can be accessed via sliding door,. The room can get warm during the day (late May, always sunny, around 27°C outside) and opening the balcony door was enough to cool it down in the evening. The door is also equipped with a full size, slideable insect net. The room also has a AC unit which i only used once, but it works well. The balcony is mainly used for the washing machine and to hang your clothes (there is no dryer but detergent is provided for free). The wifi was stable. The provided bike was good for getting around. The (front) light was working (apparently the law does not require a back light, only the provided back reflector), also had a basket and the lock is mounted on the frame. The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood without any loud noises. Despite being quite, there's a bakery, restaurants and an onsen within 1min walking range. A supermarket (4min) and 7-Eleven (8min) are also closeby. The bus stop is a 6min walk and multiple lines pass through there making it easy to reach any point in the city. There's also a little hill/park in front of the house which gives a good panorama of the city for free. A temple district with a small bonsai garden is also closeby, which is way less crowded than the main attractions.

Un lit simple au lieu d’un lit double

De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodigd hebt en ligt in een hele rustige buurt. De eigenaar doet erg goed zijn best om je te helpen. Hij heeft me zelfs een stukje met de auto gebracht!

Sinceramente tutto. La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente. Spazi grandi per due persone e attrezzate di tutto, dalla cucina alla lavatrice (possibilità di avere due biciclette che noi abbiamo adorato). Penso che il mio punteggio 10 sia dovuto al proprietario. Una persona deliziosa, educata, gentilissima. Ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipato e ci ha spiegato tutto dandoci anche mappe e consigli su come girare a Kyoto. Per concludere, visto che pioveva il giorno che dovevamo andare via ci ha anche accompagnato alla stazione metro per non farci prendere pioggia (circa 15 minuti a piedi). Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, il letto forse un po piccolino per due persone e non troppo comodo.

Es una habitación típica de Japón. El anfitrión es una gran persona que te ofrece toda la ayuda posible. Cerca tienes diferentes servicios como el onsen, supermercados, transporte público, restaurantes, etc. Está en una zona residencial muy tranquila de Kyoto.

住宿地點離地鐵稍遠，離公車站牌約7-8分鐘，離大德寺、金閣寺、北野天滿宮走路約15-30分鐘腳程。若提早到達，可將行李寄存於北大路捷運站的大型置物櫃。

老房子緣故，故隔音不佳，但左右鄰居附近都還算安靜。
