高台に有り関門橋、関門海、向かい側に見える観覧車の夜景は最高でした。 浴室は広くて綺麗でした。

家族旅行12名で使わせて貰う。利用人数に変更が有り、3度mailにて連絡したにも関わらず全く返信来ず、Bookingにも何度も問い合わせ連絡して貰ったが別荘の方からの返信が無いと聞き、料金関係があったので急いでたにも関わらず、少し口喧しくオーナーにmailで伝えた所、4度目で、やっと人数変更がされる。その間、返信が10日以上も掛かる。 歯ブラシも人数分無く、洗濯して畳んであったフェイスタオルは汚れ染みがあって、使用する気が失せる。その辺りの気遣いが欠けてたと思う。バスタオル、コンディショナーは置いて貰うと良かった。 　確かに詳細には載ってたが布団なんかも添い寝で無いと無理なのに2才からの大人と同じ料金にも、えっ？と思い、サービス料を含んでるので有ればキッチリその辺りはして頂いたがいい。 チェックイン時、1階で喫茶店をされてある若い男性の方には良く色々尋ね親切に教えて貰う。 チェックアウト時オーナーに会い、気付いた事を伝えたが、全くこちら側には申し訳無い。と言う気持ちが伝わらず、もう二度とここは利用したくない！と思った。
