"Excellent choice for a short stay in Birmingham"

Excellent location. Very clean. Lovely quiet local area. Good supermarkets nearby. Easy 10 minute walk to central Birmingham/New Street station.

Beds were either very soft or very hard. The hard bed could benefit from a topper but everyone sleeps differently so might be perfect for some.

"I love the apartment but it needs a bit of maintenance."

The apartment is well situated, cozy, bright, clean and spacious.

The Internet was poor. It was a real struggle to get a stable WiFi connection. This affected my meetings while working from home. I called the host twice and she said it will be worked on but there was no improvement. Secondly, a lady came to the apartment mid day on one of the days we were in the apartment and said we were supposed to check out and she was asked to come and clean. She had been misinformed and we did not get any comms from the apartment host to apologise for that. What if we were not at the apartment?, what if things had gone missing, there is no way we could imagine that someone would come into the apartment on a day we weren’t supposed to be checking out. The mattress in the bedroom downstairs, is the least comfortable. It dips when laid on, especially on the part closer to the door. Whereas the mattress in the bedroom upstairs, is better, firmer and more comfortable. The TV is small for such a big and beautiful apartment. Lastly, the apartment is in need of kitchen bowls. There is a foul smell that comes from the toilets, especially the visitors toilet and the room toilet.

"Beautiful property 5***** good value"

The property was quite amazing. It was comfortable clean and the decor was tasteful. Really excellent location, especially for us that day. Parking close by and no issue at all. We all found that we’d like to stay again should we be needing to stay in the area. Communication with owner was easy and quick.
