Room above you could hear creaking in ceiling every time they walked across the floor, showers were not tall people friendly, shower head reached below my shoulder blades and had to squat to wash my hair.

USBreakfast was not included but brunch was available for purchase at the connected restaurant. The restaurant was beachy, fun, great staff, and the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The coffee pot was a Keurig type, and the water from the bathroom sink was fine to drink.
Our room had no view of the water, only the stairs and parking lot. There was no chair in the room, there was no safety bar in the tub, and there was only one small ration of bath soap. The television would not work for us, no matter how hard we tried. I texted the number provided around 8 pm on our first night and received no response. I texted again in the morning and then later in the day. Finally, just as we were leaving for dinner, a gentleman showed up and was able to get the tv to operate correctly using a flashlight he brought along because the lighting in the room was pretty bad. Also, there was no sound buffer between our room and the room above us. Our hearing is still pretty good, unfortunately, if you get my drift.

The room was small and offered little more than a bed and a bathroom. It was advertised as inlet view. Our view was of stairs in all directions. It advertised a shared balcony. There was no balcony, just a walkway with old chairs on the opposite side of the building. The TV was a 26 or 32 inch TV but the picture had a 3 to 4 Inch black area around it which worked out to about a 20 inch picture. We hated the room and feel we were mislead and way overcharged.

You could hear neighbors upstairs walking around. Walls were creaking. They came in at 1 am and did not go to bed for quite a while.

No alarm clock in the room I was in room five didn’t have any hot water had to take cold showers. This is the first place I never had a lobby that I could talk to somebody they sent me a code through my email to get into my room. I did not know who to talk to if I had a problem with the room.
