Beds can be improved, allthough its beyond comfortable for its price, i think host should charge 50% more money to guest already.

Very quick booking confirmation with feedback and explanations despite the late evening. Nice and polite owners, clean room and attention to detail in it. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The WIFI is generally the best I've encountered during my stay in Italy.

It would be nice to have an electric kettle and microwave in the kitchen.

I really liked it!! AC is working well, TV is big enough, huge bed, lots of spaces, clean bathroom, and there’s elevator The cleaner was also so nice
