The room is the top floor penthouse, it is on the top right corner of the hotel. The balcony doesn't have any balconies to the immediate right or the left. The view is beautiful. This is by far the best hotel room I have ever rented.

We cooked dinner in the oven every single day we were there and used the oven multiple times everyday, the smoke detector beside the kitchen was frequently going off, every single time the oven was used. By the end of the trip the children knew to pull a chair under the smoke detector and to grab a towel to wave at it every time we cooked. Other than the smoke detector, this place is perfect and I'm gonna try to get it again when I come back.

The ac did not keep up with the heat. Could not open curtains due to heat! Had to get a room at another hotel at 1 am the first night to sleep after a 10 hour ride! Could not use balcony because the doors had to be shut at all times! Bathroom smelled like sewage! Pool was too small to even use with all the people! Sand in floor when we arrived. Will never stay here again.

It was my fault!, Since I didn't check my email, I didn't have the door code and had to call check in to get it.

The veiw was amazing every one loved it .the grand kids was exited the whole trip and my wife was amazed with the plase

There was no wheel chair on the premises I had to carry my wife to the elevator hold her till we got to the ground floor then carry her to the parking garage because she got to feeling bad and couldn't walk so I think a place that big and nice should have at least one on site
