"Okay for cheap, but lower your standards. 5/10."

The location was incredible in terms of proximity. It’s in an area that is easy to get to and travel from. That said, something worth noting is that it is in kind of a secluded area, so I myself would not want to be out late at night by myself in this specific place. My background is as a young woman, so that may only apply to me. The couch was super comfy. There was plenty of room/furniture, and every room was spacious. I stayed in the master room, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept on. I liked that the thermostat was completely reprogrammable, and we were able to manipulate the temperature/comfort as we pleased. The keyless entry was also extremely helpful. You are able to lock and unlock your doors from afar, so if you have party members that do not have access or a code, you can remotely unlock the doors for them. You do have to go through the main door to open the garage door, so if you choose to park in the garage, you will have to have yourself or someone else get out to open the garage door after going through the front anyway. This was neither disappointing nor a perk, but something to recognize is that the street is narrow. The townhouses are facing one another, so the “driveway“ is more of a one-way strip with parallel parking places in front of the garages. That said a large vehicle, such as a truck or SUV, would/did have issues navigating through and/or parking in front of the home. That said, there is other parking available, and we never felt like we were “running short” on parking.

The cleanliness was a question when we first got there. I didn’t get a photo of it, but there was a used Band-Aid on the left-hand side of the bed in the master bedroom on the floor trim. Many of the dishes were cloudy/dirty, with most of the dishes being sticky and having food residue. There was also garbage left over from previous tenants in the closet of the bedroom with the bunkbeds. Our first impression of the place was that the entire ground floor and second level smelled like beer. I recognize that this is no five star hotel, but I did expect a little better than this. There was also missing tiling/grout from the master shower, which my partner almost cut his foot on several times. The dresser in the master bedroom has a large cosmetic chip in it, not that that really poses any issues, but just to reiterate that this place is 100% not “luxury”. The table was sticky, and so were most of the bathroom floors. The linens on all of the beds could use refreshing. Most of the comforters and/or quilts had harsh stains on them. Also, do not let them fool you
The room with the bunkbeds is the ground floor. This room is directly next to the garage, and the entire bottom level has concrete floors. The bedroom with the bunkbeds, while pretty in photos, is in fact, the coldest part of the house with concrete floors. The middle floor is the most comfortable/temperature controlled part of the house, and the third floor is constantly a sweat box. We had the AC turned down as far as we could go, and we were still hot upstairs. The kitchen had limited supplies as far as dishes go. Several of them were cracked, scratched, or downright impractical. There were no large bowls for mixing/baking, and there were not nearly enough pots and pans to sustain not washing in the middle of making a meal.
