Villa Verona - 100m to Beach Huge Garden

We. loved that were was loads of room for everyone and it was great to have our own yard and pool. We all found the beds comfy beds and liked our private lockable rooms. We thought the lounge area was lovely and it was great to have a full kitchen.

A storm front came through while we were there and a few small roof tiles blew off resulting in a leak starting down the lounge wall. They were able to come the next day to fix it but it did mean the lounge wasn't functional for 15-16 hours. One afternoon while only one of us was there and swimming in the pool, without any warning the gate was pulled open and 3 men and a truck came into the yard. They didn't see anyone home at first and it looked they they were preparing to jump into the pool. When notified that someone was there they looked at each other then motioned to the bins trying to say they were there to collect the bins, which were empty. They had a look inside them then left. After that we kept the gate locked at all times. However we did find the gate lock was a little tricky at times, especially if only some of us went out but others stayed there as we didn't want to leave it unlocked anymore.

I loved how beautiful this villa was! Like a little oasis!! The open living area somehow still felt cozy and the fans kept the mosquitoes away. We were so close to fantastic establishments like Biku and Mrs. Sippy 😍 Don’t even get me started on the household staff!! I wanted to steal the sweet man who made us fruit platters every day 😅 I really can’t wait for our next trip.

I wish there were even more rooms so I could invite more people 🤣

I had a fantastic stay at the villa! The location was perfect and walkable to many cute cafes, and the beach was right around the corner. We really enjoyed the garden area around the pool and liked how sweet the housekeepers were. The ac in the rooms was really strong which we appreciated.

Good location but note the 100m is misleading, it's a good 10min walk to the beach. Spacious.

Villa not clean (see attached pictures). Cleaning stuff is not thorough, dishes are still dirty after housekeeping. House keeping staff (6 people) lingers on villa premises (sofas etc.) even after finishing.
