Host & Stay - The Georgian Coach House 2

The house was lovely & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay ! The house was great for us as a family of five & we had plenty of room. The location was good & not too far from town. It was a quiet location & we managed to get a great night's sleep every night.

It was a bit cold in the evenings in the house.

The finish was stylish and modern. Good location, very quiet around.

The living space is way too small for 9 people. The dining table accommodates 6 and I think this would be the right number of guests for the property.

First impressions of the property were good. The rooms were spacious as photos. It was in the Georgian quarter. Parking was a short walk away and as described. The location was great with a shop at the end of the road. It was around 15 minutes walk to the center. The Uber drivers where amazing The beds were comfy The people of Liverpool were very welcoming.

1. The booking system is annoying. We booked on booking.com then I have to rebook on the host page and pay a Security deposit charge. 2. The faulty boiler (we did report a problem, which they did resolve the following day. However The first night was freezing, we also had limited heating the second night) for this reason we would NOT stay here again, and to be honest if they valve us as a customer they should have been given a reduction in the rate. 3. The coldness of the property. Only one radiator works in the first floor bedroom. The rad' by the front door doesn't work. The temporary portable radiator do not work. 4. The flys. 5. The massive gap in the front door. 6. Owners ration supplies. The heating is programmed to go off after one hour. Really not a good move for February ! They also rationed coffee pod (one each), dish washer tables (X2) left on a clean tea towel. Which marked the tea towel. 7. The 10am check out! The text message reminded us that we had to be out of the property on the Sunday morning. When we had already left. This is unheard of in Liverpool. With no option for a later check out.

Lovely apartment. With everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable and the location was really quiet. Loved the fact that there were 2 baths!

Check in was delayed and we hadn’t been notified. However the cleaners were lovely and allowed us to leave our luggage while we headed into town. There was a problem with the heating but this was resolved promptly. The only thing I didn’t like was there were lots of flies in the apartment. Oh and the creaky stairs were a bit annoying!

Unfortunately there were lots of flies some dead on the window sill when we arrived and at times a very unpleasant odour. Could have had more and bigger towels
