Absolutely spot on! Fantastic location with private car park. Property provides everything which is essential to have great time with family or friends. Clean and modern look, electric cook, oven, dish washer etc. Bathtub in bedroom, very comfortable beds and sofa. Beach about 10 minutes away by car. Shop 3 minutes walking distance. Definitely would book again.

Modern, has everything you could possibly need plus more. Lovely place to stay.

It was very dusty upstairs, as if nobody had been in a long while. The furniture, the bath and even the TV remotes. If it had felt a little cleaner it would have been perfect

The property had initial wow factor. The Chip shop is fantastic

The property was not as clean as you would expect. There are cobwebs in the light fittings, the sofa is badly stained, as are the cushions, the glass doors are covered in finger prints, there were drink marks on the table, the glass skylight window is filthy, the are stains on the wall behind the sofa. The shower cubicles need to be thoroughly cleaned, the cupboard at the top of the stairs is a fire hazard and the mattress on the bed upstairs is too thin, you can feel the wooden slats. The freezer needs defrosting

Parts of the property were nice

The overwhelming smell of wet dogs on arrival. The extremely loud extractor fan on the roof that came on at all hours of the day and one night until midnight, I reported this and the response was sorry for the inconvenience The bed and pillows are very flimsy budget ones that are uncomfortable.

Was really homely and comfy and the area was lovely
