CT 301 - Faro's Fuengirola Centro Studio

El tener q entrar a las 4 de la tarde y al día siguiente salir a las 11 de la mañana .

The location was excelent, beach and super-market very near. Fuengirola is a wonderful place.

The sink was backed up, and so during my whole trip I couldn't use the kitchen. I arrived on a Wednesday, I reported it on Thursday (by Whatsapp, couldn't get anybody on the phone after trying a dozen times). All I got from that report was a "strange, we'll send someone" (with no mention on when). Then on Friday, someone came and checked that it would require more work. So they tell me "we'll try to fix it on Monday", and no more communication (or work) after that. So, I paid for an apartment, but only got to use a bed (smelling like sewer due to the sink issues) and the bathroom (which smelled like fried food and smoking all the time, probably due to the restaurant below). I understand problems happen, but no attempt was made to find an alternative, communication was almost non-existent, there was no discount (I was counting on doing laundry and eating in, and I couldn't, so I had to spend extra money). Overall nothing that I'd find "normal" in a situation such as this, if I rented an apartment to someone and delivered something that wasn't up to what I stated. A minor complaint (very minor) is that there is a lot of light coming in with the sunrise, it's almost impossible to sleep during a couple of hours, unless you have some sort of eye mask (which I purchased and solved the problem completely) - the apartment does have a blackout curtain, but it doesn't fully cover the window.
