The room was nice although very dusty and under the furniture had not been swept in a while. The view was excellent, and the location was where we wanted to be.

The negatives... 1) security; there was no one in the lobby when we arrived and rarely saw the guard while we were there. And the lock needs some attention; I had to force the door open and closed until I tightened the latch. 2) the hallway carpets are disgusting; they desperately need to be removed or replaced. 3) We selected this property for the indoor pool and fitness room, but they were closed for repairs. However, I later realized this was noted in fine print in the email I received the DAY BEFORE my arrival.

Our stay at this beachfront property was fantastic! The location is absolutely incredible, with direct access to the beach and stunning ocean views that you just can't beat. The host was wonderful—super communicative and clearly puts a lot of care into the unit. It's true that the building itself and the common areas are a bit older and could use some updates. You'll notice the pool and gym aren't in working order, but this is exactly why the price is so reasonable for a spot right on the sand. The host has no control over these issues, and they've made sure to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment that more than makes up for it. The unit itself has been well-maintained and has all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a great value and a prime beach location and you're not concerned about having a fancy pool or gym, this place is a perfect find. We would definitely stay here again!
