The owner cancelled my booking just 15 minutes before our arrival at the apartment. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially considering that we had been in contact in advance and informed them that we were arriving as a family after a long flight. We were literally 15 minutes away from the property when the booking was cancelled. As a result, I had to urgently search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. This experience was very upsetting and unacceptable.

Lots of comfortable details like cushions, blankets etc to make you feel at home. It’s also very well located for getting into. Crystal Palace quickly and easily.

This ground-floor apartment with parking was great because I have mobility issues. There were 2 bedrooms with portable heaters supplied. The kitchen had a kettle for tea & coffee & there was bottled water left for us in the fridge. The lounge/dining area was spacious & had cable tv & dining table. The whole apartment was clean & tidy. We would love to stay here again next time we travel to the Norwood area.
The key box outside was hard to get into.

Lovely bedrooms and lovely living room area both very comfy
Shower had to be held to be able to use properly. Kitchen had next to no supplies to be able to cook yourself anything mostly just cutlery and bowls.
