We did not get the room that we booked. When I questioned the change I was told that Bookings . Com messed it up. I was told that I can cancel my reservation and get my money back. I traveled from Pretoria and was 10km out of Bloem when I was told to cancel my booking. The Manager did not appreciate me questioning her and called me rude and abrupt. Bookings.com should not have this facility on their books. The rating is totally skewed and misleading. The area surrounding the Lodge also seemed dodgy. I canceled my booking and am now waiting for my refund. When travelling to Bloem , you would be best served to avoid this facility.
