Pár kroků od krásné pláže i centra plného restaurací, obchodů, trhu..... . Ubytování krásné, čisté, voňavé, klidné ve skvělé lokalitě. K dispozici pračka a pomůcky na úklid. Apartmán dobře vybaven. Trouba, plynová varná deska, ruční tyčový mixér, lednice, nádobí, fén, k dispozici ručníky, klimatizace. Postele pohodlné. Čekal nás uvítací balíček. Parkování v uzavřeném dvoře hned naproti. Vstřícný a ochotný personál. Ubytování odpovídá fotkám i uvedeným informacím.

Close to the beach and very nice terrace!

Lacking in basic utilities for cooking such as proper knives, other utensils and more. Additionally the moka was not working so no coffee. The house is quite "minimal" and one of the rooms feels a bit like a prison.

Check in process: The information provided in the Booking app was slightly different from the instructions sent via WhatsApp, which left me a bit confused. I tried calling, but no one answered. After more than 30 minutes, I received a message saying, "I gave you all the necessary information." I would have appreciated a more friendly and helpful approach. I was just trying to get into the apartment — not play hide and seek. Also, I didn`t expect the apartment was in basement. The pictures look slightly confusing, because the space looked more bright in the pictures than in the reality.

Le persone che ci lavorano, le persone che abbiamo conosciuto degli altri appartamenti, la vicinanza al mare e al centro.

Purtroppo l’appartamento pecca nell’essere interrato, manca l’affaccio all’esterno anche se la zona comune è molto accogliente.

Della struttura mi é piaciuta sicuramente la posizione, vicina al mare ed al centro di San Pietro in Bevagna. Mi é piaciuta la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in uno spazio recintato. Ho molto apprezzato le docce esterne comode per togliersi l’acqua salata di dosso. L’appartamento é situato al piano meno uno rispetto la strada, ma posso assicurare che non avrei notato differenze se avessi soggiornato al piano superiore. L’appartamento é molto luminoso e soprattutto fresco anche senza accendere l’aria condizionata. La cucina é provvista di ogni comfort e utensile. Denise é stata impeccabile e gentilissima nel darmi chiarimenti e nel mostrarmi la struttura una volta arrivati sul posto.

With my husband and 1 year old son, we traveled to the south of Italy and unfortunately we had a bad experience this year. I am disappointed both in the location’s manager and booking customer service . When we arrived at the location, we found out that our apartment was literally underground (that wasn’t mentioned anywhere, just that it has a private entrance). It had a small window in the bedroom, almost like in a prison and another window in the kitchen, but the location of that window was under some kind of a concrete bridge, so light couldn’t get directly into the apartment. I didn’t come to the seaside, to stay underground, especially when the photos from the site show a completely different image. And that was just a part of the problem, the air in the apartment was also stale and humid. I am a doctor and I can say with certainty, it was not a safe environment for a 1 year old baby. When I called the property owner and asked to change the room at another level, they insisted the apartment is renovated and everything is all right and they can’t help me with anything. When I called booking’s call center, after almost an hour of talking and explaining, they also said that if the propriety agrees, they could return half of the price, but they can’t do anything else. As expected the property didn’t agree and I was left without any viable solution, there was no chance i would expose my child to that environment. Due to the fact that I couldn’t find another place to stay on such short notice, we stayed one night and it was terrible. We woke up in the middle of the night with the sensation that we could not breath due to humid air. The a/c remote didn’t even have batteries, where should we have found batteries in the middle of the night?! I am very disappointed and almost afraid to book anything else again. I didn’t receive any help, the customer service seems to be working for the host and not for the clients. My advice just don’t go there.
