I liked how it was decorated

Iv just had a baby bye c-section I when to Brighton as a little treat for my 6 year olds birthday, I got to the property and when to put my case in the bedroom I sat on the bed and it was broken I got my boyfriend to help lift the mattress so I could see what had happened and it looked as if the landlord tried to fix it before VERY POOR JOB So I called him and he asked if I could sleep on the mattress on the FLOOR for one night and the next day he will get someone to fix it I paid £300 for Friday and Saturday and iv still got my stitches from my c-section and my boyfriend had to lift the bed sideways just so the mattress could fit on the floor the next day I called the landlord didn’t answer i messaged no reply we went out for a few hours came back the bed was how I left it and I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 2 nights I was in so much pain I still am and I just can’t believe how he didn’t care DONT STAY HERE

Location is good

Not the cleanest, lots of hair and cobwebs and generally very bitty everywhere. Stains on most of the soft furnishings including the linens. Nearly 1 hour to get in as instructions were not clear and no one would answer the phone; called over 45 times. No electricity since the early hours on the last day but owner didn’t respond or help with this either. No welcome bits not even a sachet of coffee!!!

The property was light and airy and location was quite good

The stairs leading down to the property were so dangerous. We were given a code for a key safe but didn’t need a key as the door has code pad. The back door although had a key in does not actually lock. The description said there was wardrobe/closet but there was no hanging space at all? We were a group of 5 women meaning one was on sofa which wasn’t long enough to fit an adult. When I sat down one of the chairs broke from under me and the toilet seat was broken. I messaged straight away to tell the host but did not get a reply. We still managed to have a good weekend but this property definitely needs some attention.

We couldn't get into the apartment for a long time, because the Easter cake didn't come to the door, but after we contacted them, we finally got in, but when we entered we were just horrified, the apartment was completely dirty, not cleaned up after the previous visitors. It was terrible. After that, the owner of the apartment suggested that we look for another option. But we arrived late and, unfortunately, there was no time to look. We just had to stay on the street overnight, but taking into account that we agreed to stay in a dirty apartment. He promised us a 50% discount, which we sent to our card, but, unfortunately, there has been no payment so far. I am very outraged. The chair was broken and the back door did not close the bed was in terrible condition, completely broken. So we had to sleep elsewhere. I just do not admire this owner and such an attitude towards guests. I do not recommend this room.

It was clean

It does not sleep 6. 3 comfortable and 4 at a push. We had 5 and it was ridiculous to sort out sleeping arrangements. I understand that we have to leave at 11am but it’s a bit much to have someone knock on the door a at 11am, come in and start cleaning up around you

The place although in basement was lovely inside the set up was very good and everything there for you're stay it was very airey and would definitely come again

A little bit of a walk to city centre but goid restaurants near by

We were actually allocated a larger apartment than we originally booked which worked well as we all got separate bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable.

The communal entrance to the property and hallways etc were not clean and there were cables dangling which didn't give us a great impression on arrival. It has obviously been decorated/furnished very cheaply.
