Window in bedroom had a broken catch, so banged open and shut all night. Very windy one particular night, so was unable to sleep. When trying to call the number provided, this was not recognised, so messaged host through original communication address. Had no reply. Accommodation is clean and very nice block of apartments, but sadly wouldn’t recommend, as on confirmation of stay, the owners had referred to me as “Jane” which isn’t my name. When leaving, I emailed about the window not being secure and I had experienced a sleepless night, I had no reply
