"Comfortable, family friendly, could do with a shower mount."

Convenient location for my family while I took part in the Beacons Way 100 mile race. Beds were very comfortable, too.

There wasn’t an actual shower. Although this is a personal dislike and didn’t resonate through my family, I found it difficult to wash as I don’t take baths and had to sit in the tub and wash myself down.

I was born 500m down Queens Road so I know the house and the old Park and shop very well - the current owner has done an amazing job here and really has taken care and consideration for you to enjoy your time at the house

"Beautiful holiday house"

This house has a real wow factor! The decor was absolutely beautiful, felt really well executed but still very comfortable and cozy. It was very much to our tastes, and very unique for a holiday rental (and we have stayed in many over the years!) We arrived at midnight after getting the ferry over from Ireland so it was extremely reassuring to know the keys would be there for us. The house was bigger than I expected from the photos, having two sitting rooms felt very luxurious! Our children loved the park/playground just across the road. We had a lovely time eating out on the little balcony, luckily for us the weather was amazing. We would happily stay here again.

Nothing, I would quite happily live there if I could!

beautifully decorated, loved the small outside seating area, lovely touch with the basket of sundries in case you forgot anything. Plenty of rooms to relax in.

The hot and cold taps in the main bedroom were the opposite way round 🤭. The main bed wasn’t as comfortable as the second bedroom.

"A beautiful house and a good base to explore the Brecon area."

Really nice furniture, curtains, decor, bathroom and kitchen, complimenting the style of the house. Sitting out on the terrace was nice.

It was a bit chilly at times especially for my 83 year old mother in law. We used the log burner and the heating too in the evenings. Description mentions a garden and BBQ facilities - there isn’t a garden and we couldn’t locate any BBQ.
